a = z, 0 and -1

b = y, 1 and -2

c = x, 2 and -3

d = w, 3 and -1

e = v, 4 and -2

f = u, 5 and -3

g = t, 6 and -1

h = s, 7 and -2

i = r, 8 and -3

j = q, 9 and -1

k = p, 10 and -2

l = o, 11 and -3

m = n, 12 and -1

n = m, 13 and 2

o = l, 14 and 3

p = k, 15 and 1

q = j, 16 and 2

r = i, 17 and 3

s = h, 18 and 1

t = g, 19 and 2

u = f, 20 and 3

2 of the same letter vertically = add them together, -26 (if the number thats being taken away from is smaller, just use that number), and whatever number you end up with, use the corresponding letter to replace the original 2 letters. then change the new letter using atbash (a=z, b=y, c=x, etc).

when one letter overhangs on either side, you use atbash to change it (a=z, b=y, c=x, etc). if two or more letters overhang on either side, add them together, -26 (if the number thats being taken away from is smaller, just use that number), and whatever number you end up with, use the corresponding letter to replace the original letters.
